The US Government has unveiled the PEPFAR Blueprint, a roadmap the US Government follow to help achieve an AIDS-free generation. This Blueprint, unveiled by the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, identifies “smart investments” that PEPFAR will prioritize based on evidence indicating they will save the most lives, and specifies six action steps.
