Seventh Annual PEPFAR report to Congress
One of the areas in which PEPFAR recorded striking progress in 2010 was in promotion of country ownership of programs. This meant that countries that receive funding from PEPFAR were taking lead in responding to HIV and AIDS. An example was the “Everybody wins” campaign. TASO played a key role in organizing these events together with several partners in the various districts in which the events were held.
