Bishop StanleyBishop Stanley Ntagali is the first Bishop of Masindi-Kitara Diocese, one of the dioceses in the Church of Uganda (Anglican). He is married to his wife Beatrice and they are blessed with five children- four boys and one girl and three grand children.

Before becoming the Bishop of Masindi-Kitara Diocese in 2004, Bishop Stanley was the Provincial Secretary of the the Church of Uganda.

He served in various capacities in the Church of Uganda and once served as a missionary in Karamoja for nine years- 1977 to 1986. Bishop Stanley studied at Bishop Turker Theological College now Uganda Christian University, St. Paul's United Theological College, Limuru in Kenya and Oxforrd Centre for Mission Studies in Oxford, UK. He holds a Bachelor of Divinity Degree and Masters in Theology and Development.

He is the CAC Chairman Masindi centre and RAC Chairman, Northern Region. He represents the northern region on the BOT. He is the Chairman of the Governing Council of Kabalega College, Masindi (formerly known as NTC, Masindi) but is now owned by Masindi-Kitara Diocese affiliated to Kyambogo Univerity.
