The AIDS Information Centre (AIC) is a non governmental organisation established in 1990 by a consortium of NGOs, the Ministry of Health and some individual professionals. It offers VCT services, general information on HIV/AIDS, family planning services, treatment of STIs and other opportunistic infections, screenings, and diagnosis and prophylaxis treatment of TB, among other services.

Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS. It is co-sponsored by six organisations, namely: UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, UNESCO, WHO and the World Bank, working together in a common effort to fight the global AIDS epidemic.
